Graphic Facilitation

At Crowley & Co. we are committed to working with our clients to ensure successful and engaging meetings through effective facilitation skills and the use of visual tools.

It is our belief that the most successful meetings are comprised of the following:

  • clear goals and objectives for your time together
  • an agreed-upon agenda for achieving those goals
  • visual tools to capture the content of the meeting
  • a space that supports creative thought and active engagement
  • a multi-sensoral approach to working together - it is auditory, visual and kinesthetic
  • AND a skilled facilitator to keep the group on track, and support and encourage the equal participation of all those involved.

Our facilitators will work with you before, during and after your meeting.

Before Your Meeting

We will partner with you to craft an agenda and visual tools to help you reach your stated objectives for the meeting.

We have extensive experience working cross-culturally and are sensitive to developing a plan that is appropriate to the needs of each participant. This may simply include East Coast/West Coast dynamics in the U.S., or may involve greater complexity such as engaging attendees from multiple continents.

Graphic facilitation is an effective tool for helping to bridge gaps in understanding as a result of cultural differences.

After Your Meeting

We will work with you to decide which methods of follow-up will be most important in moving the work of your team forward following your meeting. Some options include:

  • Digital photos of all meeting charts
  • Meeting reports
  • Redesign and production of meeting charts for use in communicating key concepts and results to others
