- Deirdre Crowley
For over a decade, Deirdre Crowley has been providing innovative graphic facilitation, graphic recording and communication design services to clients throughout Europe, Canada and the United States.
- Shawn Braley
With a wide variety of creative talents, Shawn Braley is an award winning illustrator and designer with more than 10 years of professional experience. Braley's illustration work has been published in many newspapers, magazines and books. His print portfolio includes publications designed for UNFPA, Global Health Council, Population Media Center and the Vermont Law School.
- Lee Ordeman
Lee Ordeman is a freelance editor/writer and website consultant in Washington, D.C. Although a native of the D.C. region, he has lived in Europe and Asia for much of his life. Lee has over ten years of experience working in daily news and has written and edited for newspapers, magazines, websites, and books in subject areas ranging from politics, international relations, intercultural issues, the performing arts, and architecture. He has been affiliated with Crowley and Co. since 2002 providing writing and editing services for clients and our network of associates. He has degrees from Williams College, the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University and the Catholic University of America.

- Launa Haney Post
Launa, with a degree in Speech Communication, uses her creative skills to develop or enhance client programs. Launa drafts proposals, agreement letters and does the coordination of logistics for client events as the project manager and client care management.
- Rebecca A. Ramsey
Becky, with over 30 years of administrative experience, uses her skills for varied administrative duties and data management. Becky handles the bookkeeping, invoicing, and oversees all manner of recordkeeping and client care management.
